Digital Nomads Tokyo is a bilingual guide for remote workers and digital nomads living in and traveling through Tokyo. We publish practical local knowledge on working, staying, community, and exploring Japan, in both English and Japanese.
Most of our guides are published under the name “Digital Nomads Tokyo Editorial” rather than a single individual, so that we share genuinely useful observations and advice in a calm, trustworthy tone, without embellished anecdotes or unverified figures. Articles drawn from lived experience carry the name of the person who lived it.
Who runs this site
Digital Nomads Tokyo is run by Seiko Yamaguchi, founder of Consilegy LLC. She runs the business while moving between countries with a single 35kg of luggage, and comes back to Tokyo through the year. The articles that draw on that life are published under her own name.
